U14 EUROPEAN SOCCER TOUR ANNOUNCED
Starting in 2008, the Citadel U14 Boys and Girls teams will be traveling to Europe! The Citadel Summer Soccer Tour will be an annual July event for U14 teams. Stay tuned to this page for updates regarding this exciting news!
PARENT FEEDBACK
One of the responsibilities of the Citadel Futbol Club Director of Coaching is to provide our players with the best training and coaching possible. We strive to find and retain coaches who understand their players and the environment, and who are qualified to teach all aspects of the techniques and tactics of the game of soccer.
Please help us to assess the abilities of those who coached your children. The feedback we receive from you will help us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of our coaches, as well as of the program as a whole. Your input will be confidential. COACH EVALUATIONS
All Citadel coaches will be evaluated by me each season based on their performance and ability to take our players to the next level. Parents of each Citadel team will be asked to submit their input to me as well.

PLAYER EVALUATIONS
In order to improve communication between Citadel coaches, players and parents, we have developed an evaluation form for U9 through U12 players and another evaluation form for U13 through U18 players. Each Citadel coach will evaluate their players at the beginning of the season and submit this evaluation to the player's parents and the DOC. These evaluations are mandatory. The progress of our players is very important and this is one way we continue to strive to improve our communication between coaches, players and parents.
Our commitment to develop our players will continue to improve as we strive to reach our goal to be the best soccer club in Indiana. It will be measured by our ability to train and develop our players to their highest potential, as well as by their performance on and off the field. We want our players to wear the Citadel colors with pride and honor.
